FAQ
What buyers usually ask first
What is your MOQ?
500 pairs per design & colorway for knitted styles, 1,000 pairs for sublimation. Mixed sizes are fine. Higher-volume programs get sharper pricing tiers.
How fast are samples, and what do they cost?
7–10 days after tech-pack approval (5–7 days for sublimation). Sample fees are refunded in full when the bulk order is placed.
What materials can you work with?
Combed and mercerized cotton, organic cotton (GOTS), bamboo, modal, merino wool (RWS), Coolmax-type wicking poly, recycled polyester (GRS), acrylic and nylon blends — all with OEKO-TEX compliant dyeing.
Which trade terms do you offer?
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, CIF, and DDP by sea, air or express. We prepare CO, Form E and other documents as needed. Payment: 30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy; L/C at sight for orders over USD 30,000.
How do you control quality?
Inline inspection at knitting, linking and boarding; AQL 2.5 final inspection; in-house lab testing for colorfastness, shrinkage and pilling. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, BV) welcome.
Can you handle our packaging and labeling?
Yes — polybags, printed bands, hangtags, header cards, gift boxes, barcoded retail packs. We can manage barcode allocation and multi-language inserts, including Arabic.
