Programs we have run, with the numbers
Three engagements described properly — the constraint, what we did, and the result. Anonymised where the buyer prefers it, because an anonymous real program is more useful than a named one that says nothing.
Three programs

Launching a custom athletic sock line
A new Amazon brand went from a reference sock to a sellable run of 6,000 pairs across four SKUs, with FBA-ready packing and a size grade matched to the listing.

Private-label dress socks for 60 stores
A Gulf retail chain consolidated two suppliers into one private-label program: Arabic packaging, barcode management and a repeating six-week cycle across 60 stores.

A workwear sock programme that survives the job
A European workwear brand needed a heavy terry boot sock with a reinforced heel that would survive industrial laundering — released in three colourways over two seasons.
What the three programs have in common
| Pattern | How it showed up |
|---|---|
| The first order was deliberately small | A 500-pair trial that de-risked the decision before a full season was committed |
| The specification was locked in writing | Which is what made the reorder consistent rather than approximate |
| Packaging was resolved before production | Not after, when a packaging decision becomes a change order |
| Colour was controlled deliberately | Locked dye lots and retained physical standards, not screens |
| Inspection happened before dispatch | So a problem was a conversation rather than a claim |
| The result was a repeatable document | Not a one-off delivery that could never quite be repeated |
Frequently asked questions
Can you provide references?
For buyers at a comparable stage we can arrange a reference conversation with an existing customer, subject to their agreement. Most of our buyers are happy to talk about the process; fewer want their commercial numbers shared, which is why the case studies here are anonymised.
Are these programs typical?
They are representative of the range rather than the average. A first order with us is usually between 500 and 5,000 pairs; programme orders in the tens of thousands come after a successful first cycle, not before it.
What is your MOQ?
500 pairs per design & colourway for knitted styles and 1,000 pairs for sublimation-printed styles. Mixed sizes count towards the same design. Volume basics such as a combed cotton everyday crew sit at 3,000 pairs per colour because the price point needs a longer run.
How fast are samples and what do they cost?
Pre-production samples ship 7–10 days after tech-pack approval, by express, with a spec sheet. The sample fee is quoted per style and refunded in full once the bulk order is placed. Revisions are free until you approve the sample.
Do you own the factory that produces our order?
No — and we are deliberately clear about it. SOXMILL is the brand and the sourcing entity of Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd. Production runs through a network of partner mills in China that we audit and qualify before a single order is placed. We hold the specification, the QC chain, the documentation and the commercial responsibility. That is the part most buyers actually care about: somebody accountable when something goes wrong.
