Are SOXMILL and sockmill.com the same company?
No. SOXMILL is the sourcing brand of Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd (Beijing, China). sockmill.com belongs to Zhejiang Runxiang Clothing Co., Ltd, an unrelated sock manufacturer in Zhuji, Zhejiang. We are equally unaffiliated with 晋州市索米尔服饰有限公司 (Hebei), with 海富智慧供应链有限公司 (Haifu Smart Supply Chain Co., Ltd) and with any other firm whose name resembles SOXMILL, 索米尔, SockMill or Haifu.

SOXMILL is the sourcing brand of Beijing Haifu Supply Chain Co., Ltd, a China-based B2B supplier founded in 2015. We source, develop and ship wholesale, custom and private-label socks, underwear and apparel for brands, retailers, distributors and e-commerce sellers worldwide.

Do you own a factory?
SOXMILL is a sourcing and supply-chain partner — and we say so plainly, because we would rather be clear than vague. Production runs on an audited partner-mill network in China rather than in a mill we own. What we do own is the process: the audit standard every partner mill must pass, a two-layer QC chain, and the specification documents your order is built from.

Where are your products made, and where do you ship from?
Partner mills are located in China’s main knitting clusters. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or CIF / DDP to your warehouse, with full export documentation prepared by our team.

How do you control quality?
Every shipment passes an AQL 2.5 final inspection, with inline checks at knitting, linking, boarding and pairing. An in-house lab tests colourfastness, shrinkage, pilling and mmHg pressure, and third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or BV is welcome at your request.

Which certifications and compliance documents can you provide?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ISO 9001:2015, BSCI and SMETA 4-Pillar certifications are available from our partner mills, and GOTS, RWS and GRS certified materials can be sourced on request. Test reports are issued per order.

Can we audit the mill or see production before we commit?
Yes. We arrange mill audits and video walkthroughs, share the audit documentation behind each partner mill, and issue a single supplier of record so your compliance team has one accountable counterparty.
